One day can change everything. One moment can take everything away from you: love, happiness, faith, hope, future. That one second is just a test to check us - are we strong enough to be alive after most tragic things?
Diane is a young woman who has everything: husband and daughter who she loves, an amazing job, a perfect life. But one day everything is changing and her life isn't perfect and happy anymore, her life is a true nightmare. Her husband and daughter are dying in a car accident and she's losing everything, even reason to be alive. She's like a ghost, spending long days and nights at home surrounded with memories and dark thoughts.
One year after her tragedy, she moves to a small town on the Irish coast, determined to rebuild her life alone. Loneliness, unknown country, an amazing view from the small cottage which she is renting... and Edward, her neighbor, who treats Diane as the enemy.
Weeks are passing, moods and thoughts are changing, memories are still alive in her head. But not only Diane is changing. Her relations with Edward becoming something else than two neighbors...
Will she start a new life? Will she find her place and happiness? And what with she and Edward - is it love, friendship or maybe nothing worth neighbor relation?

The book shows us the story which could happen everyone because it's so realistic and so true. And maybe that's why you read it and read and you just can't stop because you want to know what will happen on the next page. And that's why this book is so amazing - you just want to read it because reading it is a pleasure.

After every storm you can see the sun, you have only be strong, patient and just wait.
What is happening with the man, when is losing everything, even hopes and faith. Is it possible to love somebody else than your love from the past? Is it possible to move on and start a new life?

"Happy People Read and Drink Coffee" isn't a long book and you can read it into a few hours. But as I wrote earlier, this is not a happy and easy story, so you can forget about nice and happy time during reading this book. The story is very interesting and you're reading it quickly and you're pleased with every page, every next chapter.
